• Your preferred reminder time

How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

• Look up your bin collection schedule from your local council
• Send you reminders before bin collection days
• Improve our service (anonymised usage statistics)

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Twilio - to send SMS messages
• SendGrid - to send emails

These services process your phone number or email solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your data - contact us to request a copy
• Correct your data - update via your dashboard
• Delete your data - unsubscribe and we'll remove your data
• Withdraw consent - unsubscribe at any time

How to unsubscribe

• SMS: Reply STOP to any reminder
• Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any email
• Dashboard: Use the unsubscribe button

Data retention

We keep your data while your subscription is active. After unsubscribing, we delete your data within 30 days, except for anonymised statistics.
