3. Free Service

BinMinder is provided free of charge. We may include promotional messages from partner services (such as food delivery offers) alongside your reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Accuracy of Information

We obtain bin collection schedules from your local council. While we strive for accuracy, schedules may change without notice (e.g., bank holidays, service disruptions). BinMinder is not responsible for missed collections due to schedule changes.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate postcode and contact information
  • Keep your contact details up to date
  • Verify collection times with your council for critical collections
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable reminders but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any missed reminders.

7. Messaging

By subscribing, you consent to receive automated messages at the phone number or email address you provide. Message frequency varies based on your collection schedule (typically 1-2 messages per week). Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS
  • Clicking unsubscribe in any email
  • Using your dashboard settings

9. Limitation of Liability

BinMinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed bin collections, council fines, or any indirect damages.
